Shipping, Returns and Warranty


What warranty do I get?

All systems come with a 2 year limited warranty. This covers you from any defects or failures.

Some parts, such as Samsung EVO SSD’s, have a 3 year manufacturer warranty which does not contend with our own warranty.

Can I extend my warranty?

We do not offer an extended warranty. We offer lifetime support and a chargeable repair service for all our systems which, in most cases, end’s up costing less than an extended warranty.

Shipping and Dispatch Information

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Due to the nature of our computer systems being custom built, the lead time can vary. Most systems will be dispatched the same day depending on stock, if ordered before 1pm.

Systems can take up to 10 working days to be built but please contact us for an exact date.

Where do you ship to?

We ship our systems worldwide. We offer free shipping to the UK and the rest of Europe.

International customers are responsible for import tax and duties.

When will my order arrive?

UK = Next Day

Europe = 2 to 4 Days

USA = 5 to 7 days

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be available in your account and sent to you via email.


Can I return my order?

Yes, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your system. From then, you have another 14 days to get the item back to us.

It must be returned in the original packaging and condition. If you paid via PayPal, you can claim up to £15 in the UK for return shipping. Other countries vary. Please see below for more details.
